Try A Self Help Book
Amazon is full of self help books that are written specifically to help you quit smoking, why not give one a try?
Allen Carr’s book, Easy Way to Stop Smoking is a self-help classic, with over 20 million copies sold worldwide. It outsells all other quit smoking books combined. In the book Allen Carr outlines a simple approach to quitting smoking. I personally recommend this book to friends and family members.
